Tickets to the Rogue Traders extensive Better In The Dark Tour went on sale this week and are being snapped up fast, if you want to see this great band playing near you, go and get your tickets now!

 

The video for What You're On is up for an IF Award, go and vote for it and its director Gemma Lee at the Inside Film Website.

 

Virgin Blue's Charity Hangar Ball is on again on Saturday March 29th in Brisbane, this year the event is being hosted by the Rogues Natalie Bassingthwaighte.

Rogue Traders have announced their National Better In The Dark Tour which is an extensive tour spanning from late April right through the entire month of May. This will be an exciting concert as it sees the band playing a whole range of venues both in the major cities as well as regional areas.

 

Definitely not a tour to be missed as it has been said this will be the only chance you have to catch the guys live this year, so make sure you buy your tickets from March 17th when they go on sale so as not to miss out!

Two more downloads have now been added to the Downloads Section, the Allan Border Medal performance and an interview that Natalie did on Nova in Adelaide, thank you once again to Roger for capturing and uploading these two files.

Rogue Traders are performing at the Alan Border Medal tomorrow night at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, tune in on Foxtel at 8:15pm or later on Channel 9 at 9:30pm.

 

Better In The Dark has remained at number 22 this week on the ARIA Chart and is now certified Platinum.

 

Another interview that Nat and James did on the Hot 30 in early January has been added to the Downloads Section thanks to Roger for capturing and uploading it.

 

The news has broken for what the next single will be. It will be What You're On! James came on the official forum to let everyone know the video has been filmed over the weekend. A release date is not yet known.

Rogue Traders album "Better In The Dark" has jumped 20 spots to sit happily at number 12 on the ARIA Charts this week, it is a bullet performer!

 

If anyone still has picked up a copy of this album, or you need a back up copy, now is the time to go get it!

Rogue Traders performed at the 20/20 Cricket at the MCG on Friday for the half time entertainment. This performance has now been up loaded to the Downloads Section thanks to Roger for capturing and uploading it.

Rogue Traders did an awesome performance at the Hits and Stars Party at Star City, Sydney on Thursday night, singing Don't You Wanna Feel, I Never Liked You, Throw Your Arms Around Me, In Love Again and Candy Coloured Lights.

 

Nat was in the Sunday Telegraph alongside Erika Heynatz yesterday talking about hosting So You Think You Can Dance, her solo album, returning to acting and the Rogues latest album.

 

"I'd love to do features and continue the music and just see what happens. Can my album and the Rogies work simultaneously? I'm not sure. But American acts seem to be able to, if you think of acts like Fergie and The Black Eyed Peas.''

"At the moment we're taking it step by step to see how the (Rogue Traders) album goes.''

Rogues have become a bullet performer on the latest ARIA Album Chart with Better In The Dark. The album has jumped from #31 last week to #24 this week, that is a great result!

 

James co-hosted the Hot Hits over the weekend with Jackie-O on the Today Network, and there is the exciting performance coming up this Thursday at the Hits and Stars Party for 2DayFm, anyone that is lucky enough to have won tickets to that have a great night!

 

I Never Liked You, the second single from Better In The Dark was released over the weekend, if you haven't picked up your copy yet, what are you waiting for? Go grab it before it disappears!

Rogue Traders were also on Sunrise on Wednesday morning, playing 2 songs, the first being the new single I Never Liked You and the second a morning appropriate track from the second album, In Love Again, they will be up in the downloads section in the next few days, so keep checking back!

Rogue Traders did a special performance last night at the Australian Idol Grand Final Outdoor Concert, the performance was a huge highlight of the night which also included the comeback of the Divinyls who have reformed after 10 years to tour. The Rogues performance was complete with Nat entering the stage by motorbike straight down the catwalk and Kung Fu Guys doing a routine during the performance. It was heaps to pack into one song and the Rogues pulled it off! To see the video, head over to the Fans>Download Section, thanks to Roger!

 

Two other videos have also been added to the Downloads Section, the Hot Hits Interview from Friday and another interview from NineMSN called Roast A Rockstar.

 

Rogues are about to film the new video for I Never Liked You, which is sounding very exciting according to James' most recent Myspace Blog.

Rogue Traders are doing a special interview with Kyle and Jackie-O at Coca-Cola Live & local on Friday 23rd in Sydney for the Hot Hits.

 

Anyone going to the Australian Idol Grand Final at the Opera House will be treated to a Rogue Traders performance at the McDonald's Outdoor Concert on Sunday, alongside the Divinyls and others.

 

Natalie has done another duet with Shannon Noll for the MYER Spirit of Christmas CD this year, pick one up at your nearest MYER, all proceeds go to the Salvation Army! The duet is of a song called "Please Come Home For Christmas".

 

I Never Liked You has now officially gone to radio according to the Music Network Website so start voting for this awesome track now!

 

A video from the Rabbit and Amber Show interview has now been added to the Downloads Section.

Rogue Traders have announced their second single as "I Never Liked You" last week, it has a tentative release on January 14th.

 

The guys have also been announced to be playing at the McDonald's Outdoor Concert at the Australian Idol Grand Final on the 25th of November at the Sydney Opera House, the only way into this concert is to win tickets, so good luck!

Better In The Dark is still in the ARIA Album Chart but has unfortunately fallen to #14. So everyone that hasn't bought a copy yet, get out there and buy it! This is in large part due to the ARIA Award winners albums picking up after the Awards last Sunday. Better In The Dark is also sitting at #6 on the Australian Albums Chart.

James revealed on the Official forum last night that the B-Side for the next single will be a track called "Shout Out". This track is one that the Rogues played live on their We're Coming Home Tour in September/October last year and will be a great addition to the as yet unnamed single.

ARIA Charts are in today and Rogues have entered the Top 50 Album Charts at #4 with Better In The Dark! On The Australian Album Chart it has entered at #1!

 

This is a great result for the first week with the album already being accredited Gold! Congratulations to James, Nat, Cam, Danny and everyone else involved in putting together this awesome album!
